EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Clé de Lune for your purchase. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not entirely pleased with an item you've received, our return policy offers you the flexibility to make an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

You may be eligible for an exchange if you meet the following criteria:
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product size is not suitable for you.
  • The exchange process is completed within 3 days from receiving the order.
  • Clear images/videos demonstrating that the size of the item you wish to exchange is not suitable, are provided.
  1. Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
  • Items on sale or marked as non-returnable.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
  1. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to support@cledelune.com or send us a DM on Instagram @cledelunejewelry
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for exchange and images/videos showing that the size of the item is not suitable for you.
Our Customer Service team will guide you through the process.
  1. Packaging:

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  1. Exchange Options:

  • You may choose to exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value.
  • If the desired item is of greater value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
  • If the desired item is of lesser value, you can’t use the difference to cover the exchange and delivery fees.
  1. Fees:

Please note that alongside the standard $3 delivery fee, a nominal $3 handling fee will be applied, making the total fee for the exchange $6.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.

  1. Policy Updates:

This Exchange Policy is subject to change without notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of your exchange request will apply.
